A Business Case helps to frame the answers to critical questions, such as:
Many clients have a general idea of the answers to these questions, but need independent validation and help organizing and presenting a powerful business case. Other clients simply do not have the experience putting a business case together for a significant investment such as an ERP implementation.
In either case, Innovative works with you and your team to create a concise and powerful presentation that provides management with a realistic appreciation of the situation.
In many cases, the Business Case consists of a short Executive Summary, and additional detail to back up key assumptions and conclusions.
